Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

Receipt of the required advance payment or full payment.

Availability confirmation of the requested vehicle, hotel, tour package, or travel service.

Issuance of a Booking Confirmation via Email, WhatsApp, or SMS.

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
Advance Payment

To secure your booking, an advance payment is generally required.

Typical payment schedule:

Cab Booking: 20%–30% advance

Tour Packages: 25%–50% advance

Hotel Bookings: As per hotel policy

Flight & Train Tickets: 100% payment before ticket issuance

The balance amount must be paid before the commencement of the trip unless otherwise agreed.

Third-Party Services

Hotels, airlines, transport operators, cruise lines, and other travel suppliers operate under their own terms and conditions. Madurai Travelz acts as a booking facilitator and cannot be held liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
Booking Acceptance

Madurai Travelz reserves the right to:

Accept or decline any booking.

Cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances.

Substitute equivalent services when necessary.

Modify itineraries due to operational requirements.
