Our Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms for cancelling cab rentals, tour packages, hotel bookings, and other travel services, along with refund eligibility, processing timelines, and applicable charges. We encourage all customers to review this policy before confirming their booking to ensure a smooth and informed travel experience.

At Madurai Travelz, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before confirming your booking.

📌 Cab Rental Bookings

More than 72 Hours Before Pickup

  • Cancellation is free.

  • 95% of the advance amount will be refunded.

  • 5% will be deducted towards payment gateway and administrative charges.

Between 24 to 72 Hours Before Pickup

  • 50% of the advance payment will be refunded.

Less than 24 Hours Before Pickup

  • No refund will be applicable.

Same-Day Booking

  • Same-day bookings are non-refundable.

Hotel, transport, permits and attraction tickets booked under special cancellation policies may have different refund rules.

📌 Hotel Cancellation

Hotel cancellation charges are subject to the respective hotel's cancellation policy.

Some hotels offer:

  • Free cancellation

  • Partial refund

  • Non-refundable bookings

The applicable hotel policy will be communicated during booking.

📌 Flight / Train / Bus Tickets

Cancellation and refund are governed by the respective airline, railway or bus operator.

Madurai Travelz only facilitates the booking and refund process.

Any cancellation charges imposed by the service provider will be applicable.

📌 No Show Policy

If the customer does not arrive at the pickup location or fails to utilize the booked service without prior cancellation:

  • No refund will be issued.

  • The booking will be treated as completed.

📌 Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed within:

7–10 Business Days

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.

Processing time may vary depending on:

  • Banks

  • Payment gateways

  • Credit/Debit Card providers

  • UPI providers
